Special Instructions. Please read before sending your scanner
Please make sure you have received an RMA # or your units will NOT be repaired and will be returned to you at your expense.

Please do not send any accessories, such as cables, stands, manuals, etc. unless you are requested to do so by Metrologic.

Warranty repairs are returned FedEx saver at Metrologic’s expense. Non-warranty repairs are returned at customer’s expense.

Standard turn-around time is 10 to 14 days. Scanner will be returned to the name & address listed above. Metrologic will contact you if repair charges apply.
